Policies

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 23 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid charges and penalties. This allows us enough time to offer your scheduled time slot to another customer and notify the technician of their new schedule so they can plan accordingly. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be incur a fee; appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS and will be charged up to 50% of the service; cancellation fees are due prior to the next appointment. 

1st Late Cancellation/No Show – $25 May be waived (discretion of Lash Therapy) as we realize this sometimes happens. 

2nd No show – Fee $25 due prior to appointment. 

3rd No Show – $50 charge and a deposit required for all future appointments.

Rescheduling: If something happens and you can’t make it to your Hands-On Training course date you may be eligible to transfer to another available date (same year) with a minimum of 1 week notice prior to your training dates. A change fee of $50 will be added to your fee’s and made payable at the time of rescheduling. This policy applies to all students, regardless of the payment method. 

Late Notice Cancelation: If less than 1 week notice is given prior to a course change date, there will be a $100 late notice cancellation/change fee added to your fee’s and made payable at the time of rescheduling. This policy applies to all students, regardless of the payment option. 

Refund: There is NO refund of deposit placed.
